Analysis, Planning and Design of a new mandatory training course in Improvement Skills for all NHS staff. Built as SCORM by internal staff.
Design and Develop SCORM (Storyline 360) content with animation and voiceover as a stand alone course for a client company that provides specialist care and support to people in their homes. The clinical leaders were spending a lot of time training new staff members and wanted to move the training online as part of the induction. The new training could also act as a refresher and on-demand reminder of key care provisions.
Design, Develop and deliver a series of bite-size, micro-learning courses in Improvement Science for Health and Care professionals. The courses incorporated interactive social and collaborative learning. Trained over 40,00 students during its lifespan
Coaching subject matter experts to Design, Develop and Deliver a social, collaborative online course to be hosted on an internal social learning platform (Stream LXP). Aimed at NHS Staff, the course focuses on the core skills required to manage and reduce elective care waiting lists correctly. Consisted of five, one hour modules, the course runs 3 times a year with 2,500 per cohort.
Working with subject matter experts to Design, Develop and Deliver a social, collaborative online courseto tackle cancer pathway management issues. The course was created in just a few months. I worked created the videos and other materials and worked with graphic designers to create a new branding.
Working with NHS & Royal College of Nursing colleagues to coach them in Design, Develop and Delivery of a social movement course to reduce the unnecessary use of disposable gloves in health and care. 1200 enrolments in 12 months

I have been creating connectivist Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)since 2014. Working extenively in the health, social care and quality improvement sectors. I co-designed and ran the NHS England MOOC School programme, teaching collaborative, interactive teaching pracitices to health and care staff.
